I'm writing a ghost story. It's incomplete right now. I can't come up with any ideas. You guys could give me some ideas ? Tell me what yoou think. I haven't come up with a title for it. The story : Darkness , suddenly there's a loud ringing noise. It's a alarm clock going off that reads 5:00. It's still dark outside. A guy named Tommy gets out of bed and with his eyes half closed , he makes his way to the shower. Ten minutes later , he wraps a towel around himself and begins shaving. He leaves his house , starts up his car,and drives off to work. His watch reads 5:30. He must be at work by 6:00. He then quickly parks his car inside of a dirt road parking lot. He gets out of the car and enters a diner. The diner is almost empty. Only a booth was occupied by a man dressed in black hiding behind a newspaper and drinking his coffee. Tommy sits down and asks for a cup of coffee and a doughnut. 5:45 , he leaves the diner and drives off. His job was only a mile away. Tommy is a auto mechanic. He works on cars in a old garage near the city dump. The road was deserted. Then , out of nowhere , Tommy sees a old car behind him. It's a 20's or 30's Ford. Tommy stopped at the stoplight. He looked into his rear view mirror. He couldn't see who was driving the old car. The person was dressed in black and he couldn't see his face. Then , the light turned green. Tommy looked in the mirror and the car was gone. Later in the day around noon , Tommy was working on a car. While he going to the tool box to gets something , Tommy saw the old car parked in front of the garage. Tommy asks one of the other guys about the car , but they knew nothing about it. Tommy looked again and the car was gone. Shortly afterwords, Tommy got off work and was on his way home. As he was driving on the deserted dirt road , he saw the old car behind him again. The car kept fallowing him for several miles. Tommy began to get scared , so he began to drive a little faster. And when he went faster, the car behind him went faster. Tommy looked in the mirror and he saw a skeleton driving the old car. Tommy then heard a siren. A cop pulled him over and gave him a ticket for speeding. Tommy told thecop about the old car following him. The cop told Tommy he didn't a see a old car. He was the only driver on the road. Later in the evening, Tommy sat at the table thinking about what happened. He got tired and retired for the night. As he got into bed , he heard a noise. It kind of sounded like a knock. Tommy turned around and he saw a skull floating around outside his bedroom window. Tommy freaked and ran to another where he made himself a alcoholic beverage. He kept repeating and telling himself if he imagined it. Then , Tommy hears a knock on the door. He refused to answer it. Then, after about a minute , he decides to answer the door. He opens the door , but sees no one is there. Then , Tommy feel something touch his foot. He looks down and he sees a skull. Tommy screams and freaks out. He kicks the skull like a football and shuts the door.
